If you are planning any modifications to the exterior of your home, or any changes or improvements to any landscaping visible from the street, then you will need to submit an ACC Application for review and approval before beginning your project. Completed application forms can be emailed to [email protected].

Please make sure to include all relevant diagrams, architectural documentation, stain/paint samples etc. so that your application can be smoothly processed. If all documents are not provided, your application may be rejected. Sections asking for sign-off from your neighbors are simply a courtesy to them and are not required for approval of your project.

Keep in mind that, although every effort is made to process your application as quickly as possible, the Board of Directors and ACC committee reserves up to 30 days to review your project.
