Homeowners have a number of options for paying assessments.
Mail a Check
Checks can be mailed directly to the management company at:

Checks should be made payable to “Madera Estates Homeowners’ Association” and clearly reference your lot number or lot address.
Many banks and credit unions offer a free bill pay service via their website, where they will handle printing and mailing the check.
Pay Electronically
Vantage, our management company, uses a third-party provider named Zego to process electronic payments.
- Zego allows both one-time payments and recurring payment scheduling, and allows payment by eCheck, credit card, or debit card.
- Zego charges a service fee for payments made using their platform. Surcharge funds are not retained by Vantage or the Association.
- Paying using Zego requires making a separate account on their website at: https://payments.gozego.com/registration/user_details/6239259/homeowner. You will need to enter your full account number in the form “5090*AAA”, where AAA is your lot number. Account numbers can also be found on your statement.
- Zego will not automatically update if your assessment amount changes. You will need contact Zego to update. Vantage and the Association do not have access to your Zego account details.
